Where orders are placed from within the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) may also apply.

3.1 Data you provide to us

When placing an order, creating an account, subscribing to the newsletter or getting in touch, SLMN STUDIO may collect:

• first and last name;
• billing address and delivery address;
• email address;
• telephone number;
• order contents and purchase history;
• any information you send us of your own accord by email or via social media.

Payment data (card numbers, banking details) is never collected or stored by SLMN STUDIO. It is transmitted directly to the payment provider, which processes it under its own responsibility.

While you browse the website, certain technical data may be recorded:

• pages viewed, together with the date and time of the visit;
• the referring website that led you to slmn.studio.

6 — Recipients of the data

SLMN STUDIO does not sell or rent your personal data.

Your data may be passed on to the following providers, solely to the extent necessary for the performance of their services:

Apple Pay and Google Pay are payment methods processed through Stripe. When they are used, Apple Inc. or Google LLC may also process certain transaction-related data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland. In such cases, SLMN STUDIO ensures that appropriate safeguards govern these transfers, in particular through the conclusion of standard contractual clauses.

Data may also be disclosed to the competent authorities where required by law.

7 — Retention period

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described above:

• order data and accounting records: 10 years, in accordance with Swiss legal obligations;
• customer account data: until the account is deleted by the Customer;
• newsletter data: until unsubscription;
• technical and statistical data: 26 months at most.

The website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the functioning of the website and the online shop; others require your prior consent.
