These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through slmn.studio between SLMN STUDIO (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and any person purchasing a product through the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
By placing an order on slmn.studio, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms of Sale.

2 — Products
SLMN STUDIO offers clothing, accessories and other fashion-related products through slmn.studio.
The essential characteristics of each Product, including its description, size, materials, colour and price, are displayed on the relevant Product page.
SLMN STUDIO makes every reasonable effort to present its Products as accurately as possible. However, colours, textures and other visual details may vary slightly depending on the Customer’s screen, device or display settings.
Products are offered subject to availability.
Certain Products may be released in limited quantities, exclusive drops or pre-orders. When applicable, this information will be clearly indicated on the relevant Product page.
3 — Prices
Product prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated on the website.
SLMN STUDIO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price applicable to an order will be the price displayed at the time the Customer confirms the purchase.
Shipping and delivery costs are not necessarily included in the displayed Product price.
Any additional shipping costs will be shown to the Customer before the order is confirmed.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may be imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated, these charges are not included in the price paid to SLMN STUDIO and remain the responsibility of the Customer.
4 — Orders
The Customer selects the Products they wish to purchase and adds them to their shopping cart.
Before completing the purchase, the Customer has the opportunity to review the selected Products, quantities, delivery information and total price.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing the order is accurate and complete.
Once the order and payment have been successfully confirmed, the Customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
SLMN STUDIO reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in particular in the event of:
payment failure;
suspected fraudulent activity;
incorrect or incomplete information;
Product unavailability;
a previous unresolved payment dispute with the Customer.
If an order already paid for is cancelled by SLMN STUDIO, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the Customer.
5 — Payment
Orders must be paid using one of the payment methods available on slmn.studio.
Payment is due in full when the order is placed unless otherwise indicated.
Payments are processed through the payment providers available on the website.
SLMN STUDIO is not required to prepare or dispatch an order until payment has been successfully confirmed.
If payment is refused, cancelled or unsuccessful, the corresponding order may be automatically cancelled.
6 — Shipping and Delivery
SLMN STUDIO ships Products to the destinations available during checkout on slmn.studio.
Any delivery times displayed on the website are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, order volume or circumstances outside the reasonable control of SLMN STUDIO.
The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
SLMN STUDIO cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
If a parcel is returned to SLMN STUDIO because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.
For international orders, customs processing may result in additional delivery times.
7 — Pre-Orders and Limited Releases
Certain SLMN STUDIO Products may be offered as pre-orders, limited releases or exclusive drops.
When applicable, estimated production or shipping periods will be indicated on the Product page.
The Customer acknowledges that pre-order Products may require a longer processing period than Products immediately available in stock.
Estimated release, production and shipping dates may change due to production, logistics or circumstances outside the reasonable control of SLMN STUDIO.
Where possible, Customers will be informed of significant delays affecting their order.
8 — Returns and Exchanges
Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to request a return or exchange, subject to the conditions set out in the SLMN STUDIO Refund and Exchange Policy.
To request a return or exchange, the Customer must contact:
The Customer must provide their order number and information concerning the Product they wish to return or exchange.
Returned Products must be in their original condition.
In particular, Products must be:
unworn, except for reasonable fitting;
unwashed;
undamaged;
unstained;
free from perfume, smoke or other persistent odours;
returned with their original tags;
returned with any original accessories or packaging where applicable.
SLMN STUDIO reserves the right to refuse a return that does not comply with these conditions.
Unless the Product is defective, incorrect or damaged due to circumstances attributable to SLMN STUDIO, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
